Isamar Morin, Advertising Assistant, Long Beach Post
My background: I’m a Long Beach native, and grew up here and in Orange County. I have spent over eight years supporting leaders and teams behind the scenes to make big ideas happen. I enjoy creating the structure needed in fast-paced environments, and newsrooms are a perfect place for someone like me. I currently live in Rancho Cucamonga with my husband and young daughter.
What I do: primarily support advertising sales. When a local partner or business advertises with us, I bring the campaign to life by ensuring that communication is clear and consistent, and importantly, that we deliver results. I also help coordinate events, and often serve as a go-between with readers and the CEO.
Why Long Beach: Long Beach is where I was born and where most of my family is. Living outside the city has shed new perspective on what a special place Long Beach is. It has energy, diversity and a strong sense of community.
