On Friday, Roosevelt High School senior Andrea Galdámez spoke to Roxana Dueñas, a history and ethnic studies teacher at her school whose image is being used in posters and billboards by United Teachers LA, the teacher’s union.

“Seeing the poster, it still catches me off-guard… it was very humbling,” she told Galdámez.
