Although the Lineage warehouse fire has been extinguished, recovery efforts continue for residents affected by the fire.
Residents can still access community resource centers, free mobile health clinics, air purifier distribution and other services.
Local organizations and agencies are also accepting donations and volunteers to support ongoing recovery efforts.
Here’s where you can get help and how to support others.
Community resource centers
Residents and businesses of Boyle Heights and nearby communities can obtain air purifiers, food kits, financial assistance, help transitioning to a new job, receive health services, and access to various recovery resources and city and county programs at community resource and resilience centers.
Lyft is offering discounted rides through July 17th for impacted residents who need transportation to and from the Community Resource Center. Use the link lyft.com/i/BHRELIEF26 or enter the code BHRELIEF26 to claim the discount.

How to apply for fire relief
How to get free air purifiers and masks
Call 211 to request free masks and air purifiers if you live in East LA or other parts of LA County
Dial 311 if you live in the city of LA for direct support, information and to ask about accessing masks or air purifiers. Home delivery is also available through multiple community-based organizations listed on the city website here emergency.lacity.gov/BoyleHeightsRecovery.
Qualifying Eastside residents can apply for free in-home air purifiers via the South Coast Air Quality Management District. The residential air filtration program is open to residents of Boyle Heights, East Los Angeles, the eastern Coachella Valley and parts of Commerce. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unincorporated East LA: Residents living in the 90022 and 90063 ZIP codes can contact Supervisor Hilda Solis’ East LA office at (323) 881-4601 (If they do not answer, please leave a voicemail.)
Coyotl Macehualli x Regenerative Collective (waitlist only): You can join the waitlist to receive an air purifier. Coyotl + Macehualli are shipping to residents in the ZIP codes: 90031, 90032, 90033, 90023, 90063 and unincorporated areas within 2 miles of the site. Fill out this form to join the waitlist.
How to volunteer or donate
Volunteer with the office of Mayor Karen Bass
The office of Mayor Karen Bass is seeking volunteers. Volunteer activities include sharing critical information and resource flyers with impacted community members, gathering information on unmet needs and possibly delivering resources. Review the application here for more details.
Spanish-speaking volunteers are especially needed, but all are welcome.
Support Boyle Heights Fire Relief Fund for Small Businesses
Donate to the Boyle Heights Fire Relief Fund. The fund will support small businesses and street vendors who have been directly impacted by the Lineage Logistics warehouse fire.

Alliance for a Better Community is activating Fuerza Fund: Boyle Heights Fire Relief to provide immediate assistance and long-term recovery support. Working alongside trusted community partners, they are mobilizing resources to help families stabilize, recover, and rebuild.
