The Los Angeles General Medical Center in Boyle Heights is asking the community for help in identifying a patient who was hospitalized Monday.

The unidentified man was found on Pleasant Avenue and is believed to have been struck by a vehicle, according to the LA County Department of Health Services. 

Officials described him to be about 30 years old, 5’9” with a thin build and weighing 162 pounds. He was also described as having brown eyes, black/dark brown hair and a tattoo on the back of his left shoulder.
