¡Hola Boyle Heights! Andrew Lopez here.

Looking to celebrate something this weekend? You’ve got plenty of options on the Eastside.

Head to Garfield High School this Saturday to join their centennial celebration with performances, tours, entertainment and 100 years of school spirit.

If you’re looking for somewhere to dance or mosh the night away, head to La Bufadora for a Y2K-inspired cumbia night or Don Quixote for a high-energy night of hardcore punk. And if a laid-back night of stand-up comedy is more your thing, check out the comedy show at Coyote Studios for laughs and a great time.
